Hello, lovely ladies. Thank you for visiting Phenomenal Me. I am thrilled and honoured to have you here! I’m Ménesa Campbell, mom to three cheeky children and wife to one wonderful husband.
After becoming a barrister and working for a law firm and then a bank, I endured not one, not two, but three traumatic pregnancies and post birth experiences. So, I know what it’s like to have one’s confidence and self esteem slowly slip away, feel a sense of hopelessness and question your self worth.
Thankfully, I also know what it feels like to experience a change of mindset and believe in myself again, despite life’s challenges.
If you’re a working mom who needs a helping hand in believing in yourself, and regaining your confidence, I’d love to hear from you so I can help you get your mojo back.
From personal experience, I know the challenges faced by working moms and how life’s daily demands can erode one’s confidence. I believe that confidence is incredibly important and can help you enjoy your success. You can improve your confidence by polishing your personal brand and improving your business etiquette. Understanding and developing your appearance, behaviour, communication, digital foot print and etiquette, will give you the necessary knowledge to change your mindset and improve your confdence. This helps you get and stay ahead personally and professionally.
I know that becoming more confident makes you more compelling and credible. This can be a key ingredient in helping you to climb your career ladder, become more organised and better manage your work life balance. I discovered this nugget of knowledge during my career working for a law firm, a telecom company, a bank, and then running my own business.
I also know how important personal branding and the need to look after my appearance is to help boost my self-confidence. It has nothing to do with vanity, but everything to do with the fact that whether or not we know or like it, we constantly get judged by others. Therefore, it’s vital that we take care of how we are seen by others. Jeff Bezos, Founder of Amazon says, “Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.” So, it makes perfect sense to ensure that whatever is said about you is exactly what you want to be said about you.
Knowing how hard it is to be a working mom, and how much harder it is to be one with no confidence, I wanted to help other working moms believe in their brilliant, beautiful, selves. I decided to combine my experiences as a working mother, my appreciation of style and my interest in the importance of personal branding and business etiquette. This gave birth to Phenomenal Me.
Like I said before, if you’re a working mom who needs a helping hand in believing in yourself, and regaining your confidence, I’d love to hear from you so I can help inspire you to get your mojo back. Get in touch today!
